Ron Farris specializes in design and project management. He has over 30 years experience in the design and construction industry with experience at all levels, including 2 years working for the PGA Tour Tournament Players Club organization during their formative years.
Ron was a Design Representative on the 1st Pete Dye designed golf course in Japan. He was also Construction Project Manager on the 1st Tom Doak designed golf course in China. His international experience includes nearly 15 years in Asia.
As a second generation golf course superintendent with full understanding of turfgrass management, Ron's interpersonal skills have allowed him to work with people and projects of varying kind.
Ron's professional objective is to enhance a project by providing an ecological and sustainable approach to design, construction, project management and maintenance while focusing on the most cost effective methods to produce the most success for the project.

Project Management for the 1st Tom Doak designed golf course in China.
The Prairie Club – Valentine, NE USA – 2008
Worked directly with Tom Lehman and Chris Brands in developing the green complexes at the Prairie Club.
The Golf Club at Red Rock – Rapid City, SD USA – 2003-2005
Designed 18 hole course in the Black Hills that has been voted best public access golf course in the state for over a decade.
